Our Commitment

Accessible Vehicle Options
- Wheelchair accessible vehicles: Available on request. Select "Wheelchair Assist" in Optional Extras during booking, or call us to arrange.
- Child seats & booster seats: Available for children of all ages and weights. Select at booking โ our driver fits the seat before your journey.
- Assistance dogs & guide dogs: Welcome in all vehicles at no extra charge.
- Extra boarding assistance: If you need help boarding the vehicle, add a note in the "Notes for Driver" field โ your driver will be fully briefed before arrival.
- Extra space for mobility aids: Our Estate Car, MPV and Minibus options provide ample space for wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walking frames and medical equipment.
Website Accessibility
Our website aims to meet the following accessibility standards:
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Colour contrast between text and background meets WCAG AA minimum (4.5:1 ratio)
- All form fields have clear, descriptive labels
- The booking process can be completed using a keyboard alone (no mouse required)
- Error messages are clearly described in plain language
- We do not use flashing or blinking content that could trigger seizures
- All images used in the site have descriptive alt text

If you have difficulty booking online, our team is happy to take your booking by phone or email:
